I wanted the Ai community to know that @invideoOfficial gave me a full refund for my unused credits and then some. I didn't force them to do this, but they said they took a second look at their UI and are making adjustments for more clarity and options.
This is a good move when Ai companies address their artist clients and are open to hear us. More adoption of platforms come when you're not punished for research and use. Less adoption comes when people feel shackled by long term contracts and limits to work.
That said, I learned a lot from my Invideo experience. The animation is good, the Ai (it used Nano Banano and Seedance in many of my generations) has the same problem with prompting (which can very well be my fault) and difficulty with intuition. Ai is ready for movies, but it's going to take a while to train the story-tellers to speak the prompt language. It is a skill and like all art tools, you don't get to show up on the first day and have mastery of a skill that takes exprience.
